"J’ai donc fait téléprospecteur chez Thales santé, vous déranger les personnes âgées toute la journée vraiment le pire métier. Il vous met une pression derrière pour prend RDV avec eux. Mon expérience : j’ai donc commencé le premier jour part une formation. Le deuxième jour il mon donc mis sur mon poste tout ce passe bien je termine ma matinée. Mon responsable vient me voir et me dit " tes pas faite pour ça t’es pas faite pour l’équipe " il se permet de me juger sur 2 jours de travail . Très belle mentalitéAucuneLa pression"

"J'ai travaillé chez Thales de mai 2019 à septembre 2019 au sein de la direction commerciale France et ça n'a été que stress du début à la fin, avec une période d'essai de 5 mois (mois d'août y compris sûrement pour la permanence).Responsables malveillants et sournois dans un climat de stress permanent tout était fait pour craquer ; ce n'est d'ailleurs pas étonnant d'apprendre que j'étais la 10ème assistante sur ce poste. Equipe avec une très faible diversité pour un grand groupe qui là prône, binôme assistante qui est une très mauvaise formatrice et qui a fait de la retention d'informations et enfin pour conclure ce n'était le service où il faisait bon travailler !"
